The staff was friendly and cute .
Unfortunately, I encountered some cleanliness issues in my room. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and noticeable stains on the shower grout. The breakfast service was disappointing as I found limited options, and the kitchen had already closed by the time I arrived for breakfast, frustrating.

Small hotel in a pretty nice area just off getting around the city and modes of local transportation available traveling to Toronto, Niagara Falls, and Hamilton waterfalls. Amazingly comfortable and relaxing room with 2 beds, and nice pool. Modern decoration. Overall really great stay for the final two nights of our stay.

the room was contemporary and nicely updated with a bath - loved it. the location was comfy - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
Expected that there would be view, but we didn't find it.

Clean room, comfortable bed, with a friendly welcome at reception making for a good start to our stay and ensuring we enjoyed our time relaxing and exploring the city, especially with convenient access to local attractions.

The location was marvellous and perfect, for example, Wild Waterworks was at a walking distance from the hotel.

Our stay was primarily to visit Adventure Village, which is only a short drive away. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed that helped us rest up after a long day. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The variety was quite nice and the staff genuinely. Airy and clean, the indoor pool looked appealing although we didn't get a chance to use it during our stay.

Early check-in, parking nearby. Convenient and absolutely perfect location, nicely updated rooms with a bath. Breakfast with fresh waffels and pancakes, for instance.

the room was very clean and neat. The breakfast options were very good. We would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express again. Thank you for your service.
the routing off the 88/89 exit was a little confusing and seemed to bring us in the back of the hotel...and the speed bumps in the parking lot were a bit much.
